Shipments are generally calculated\ based on the weight, dimensions and the delivery location..

Orders or portion of orders that are too large or heavy that cannot be sent by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground or US Post Office will be shipped by freight. These items will need to be sent to a commercially zoned business as determined by the freight delivery company. In the even you wish for the freight item to be delivered to a non-commercially zoned delivery address you will be responsible for fees and charges as charged by the carrier for a lift gate, forklift or additional people to maneuver the product/s. In some rare instances, there might not be enough room for a large truck to enter or turn around in your neighborhood which means getting the products to your "door" may require special handling. We will advise you of any additional shipping costs and get your consent in advance whenever possible.

We intend to ship all orders within 72 hours (except weekends and holidays) of receiving your order but this is not always possible for reasons including products availability and unanticipated problems.
